[mod_backhand-users] redirecting

hello
i use mod_backhand 1.0.9
and wants to redirect user requests instead of proxying
and nothing goes on

use following config
<Directory /var/www/chat>
    backhand HTTPRedirectToName
    Backhand byAge  
    Backhand byRandom
    Backhand byLoad
</Directory>
